Stockport Market Place and its environs was positively swarming with visitors for the VE Day fair! The Vintage Village had joined forces with Stockport Market, Stockport Museum and Stockport Creates to collaborate on their VE Day 70th anniversary weekend, so there was an awful lot to see and do on Sunday, as well as take your fill of prime vintage goodies within the market hall. The result is a bumper crop of photos for this month's Visitors' Gallery, for which we thank you kindly. All photos link back to their original page, and the usernames link to the contributors' accounts (apart from personal Facebook accounts). We also love to credit the traders whenever possible, so if you can remember who you bought your treasures from, all the better! If you'd like to see your picture in our next Visitors' Gallery, please tweet them @Vintage_Village or post them on our Facebook page. If you're on Instagram please add the hashtag #vintagevillageuk so we can find them (we don't have a VV Instagram account so don't tag us!)@planetvintagegirl: A super glamorous gran visited us today at @vintage_village #VEDay70 A Vintage Habit: Eh up who's eyeing who up here at Vintage Village at Stockport Market Hall @mrs_chester: #vintagevillageuk #stockportvintagevillage new friends @Paulajmorton: VE celebration @SKOldTown @Vintage_Village what a fabulous day. @MsBethTaylor: My awesome buys from the lovely @Vintage_Things_ at @Vintage_Village.
