The Vintage Village Unknown Treasures Fair

When: Sunday 12th November 2017, 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Where: Stockport Covered Market Hall SK1 1EU.
How much: £2.00 entry, concessions £1.50, under 12s FREE!

Were you a Punk or were you a Goth?  Mod, Skinhead, Rude Boy/Girl, Psychobilly, New Romantic, B-Boy/Fly Girl, Headbanger or moody Indie kid in a big overcoat?  We’re casting our minds back to the late 70s-early 80s when there were so many music/youth culture things going on it was hard to keep up (or you just gave up and liked Bucks Fizz).

Dress up in the style of your youth - the more outrageous or authentic the better! - and you could win a fabulous prize.  Backcomb your hair, squeeze into that two-tone Tonic suit, dust off the tartan strides with zips and bumflap and make sure you’re around for 2.30pm when we’ll be awarding prizes!

There will be a vintage Indie playlist featuring lots of top tunes of the era to get you in the mood.

And, of course, there will be shedloads of top quality vintage goodies from all eras to browse, including clothing and accessories, jewellery, homeware, decorative items, small furniture, textiles, luggage, cameras and tech, toys, ephemera, collectables and curiosities and all sorts of unpredictables.

Refreshments available from In The Dog Haus (only the best imported German bratwurst), Frankly Phoebells Prosecco Bar (in a delightful Citroen van) and everyone’s favourite master baker Stuart Thornley Cake Design
